The environments we craft for our children

Kids Group is more than childcare centres – it's a community. We're a team of passionate educators who care deeply about every child's wellbeing, growth, and happiness. Our philosophy centers on respect, responsiveness, and relationships. We follow a child-led approach inspired by Te Whāriki, New Zealand’s early childhood curriculum, and embrace the principles of partnership, protection, and participation.

We value the uniqueness of each child and work alongside whānau to create a space where children feel seen, heard, and empowered. With 15 years of experience in the early childhood sector we have save served over 368 families and seen their success stories with the children we have had the privilege of having under our wings.

Our aim for our relationship with you

The key to a good early childhood experience with successful outcomes our relationship with you. We take this as seriously as possible and have multiple elements to our customer service and reporting to ensure that our relationship grows and is full of joy and transparent communication.

  • We have a dedicated customer service email that goes directly to upper management , in addition to the emails you will receive to contact the teachers and manager at the centre your child attends. An extra layer of support for peace of mind!

  • We want to make sure you feel supported and on the same page at all times. Our support system includes your ability to schedule a conference with your teachers (in addition to the normal scheduled conferences) to discuss any changes or concerns you may have.

  • We have sophisticated software that tracks your Childs education and development through which we provide our sophisticated reports. You’ll have a wonderful timeline in which you will see your Childs journey unfold, what they learn, events they took part in and the learning they did along the way.

  • In addition to the wonderful resources in our centres, we have a jam packed online resource arm that will regularly update you with resources to support your Childs education at home, fun games and puzzles and updates to the world of early childhood education.
