Killarney Kids is a bespoke Montessori inspired school in a beautiful nest overlooking lake Pupuke. Very limited spaces means education becomes as 1 to 1 as possible.

Our point of difference:

We have in-house chefs who prepare fresh meals every day for our children. Children with diverse food needs such as allergies are accounted for too with seperate meals prepared for them to ensure safety.

In partnership with Discover we use a sophisticated reporting software to ensure your Childs education is managed correctly and provide you reports on their progress and events at kiwi kids. These reports are filled out by their teachers so you really have 1 on 1 connection with your Childs progress.

Being a specialised bespoke school Killarney Kids has one specialist area for children aged 3-5 years old and a sleep room for naps.
With spaces limited to 30 children our specialist space with our stunning view of lake Pupuke alongside our state of the art outdoor space means we have the right space, curriculum and team to deliver a truly bespoke ECE experience for our children and their families.
We value not only academic growth, but also social development, emotional wellbeing, and the confidence that comes from feeling truly seen and supported.
With a Montessori curriculum that caters to all learning styles, we empower every child to thrive at their own pace and in their own way.
Core Montessori elements are the foundation of the Killarney Kids Montessori Preschool Curriculum. Our educators are trained in the Montessori method, and our classroom has a full set of Montessori materials. The Montessori approach allows every child to develop naturally — to learn and grow at their own pace. Our Curriculum will also borrow from other pedagogies to learn, invent, and improve our ability to support every child’s development.
In our classrooms, children follow their interests and engage in hands-on activities using Montessori materials designed to meet each child’s developmental needs using scientific methods. This enhances a child’s physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and cultural development.
